Intended Use
This website is intended for use by hospitals, physicians, surgeons, dentists, dental laboratories, veterinary hospitals, veterinarians, medical and dental students, and other healthcare purchasing professionals. Products sold by Surgidental are intended for use by trained healthcare professionals and students under appropriate supervision.
Surgidental is not responsible for any misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or use of products outside their intended purpose. Users are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with applicable professional standards, regulations, and manufacturer instructions.
Lifetime Warranty
Surgidental provides a lifetime warranty on all premium-grade instruments against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. This warranty covers:

Instrument breakage due to material defects

Joint or hinge failures resulting from manufacturing defects

Corrosion caused by defects in materials or workmanship
To maintain warranty coverage, instruments must be properly cleaned, sterilized, lubricated, and maintained according to accepted industry standards and the provided care instructions.
The following are not covered under this warranty:

Normal wear and tear

Routine maintenance, including sharpening

Minor tip repairs or adjustments

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning, improper sterilization, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Surgidental reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims before determining eligibility for repair, replacement, or credit.
30-Day Return Policy
Unused instruments may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition

Original packaging must be included whenever possible

A valid order number or proof of purchase must accompany the return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Altered, customized, engraved, or modified instruments

Products not in original condition

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Any product believed to be defective or containing a material or manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
All instruments must be properly cleaned and sterilized before use. Failure to follow recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures may result in corrosion or damage and may void warranty coverage.
Unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error by Surgidental, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by Surgidental and the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Surgidental ships orders through USPS and other approved carriers. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day may be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day.
While Surgidental strives to meet estimated shipping timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Surgidental is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Products that are temporarily out of stock or backordered may result in delayed shipment. Customers will be notified if a significant delay is expected.
Transaction Currency
All prices, charges, and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD $).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surgidental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or misuse of any product purchased through this website.
Surgidental's total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Surgidental reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this website and become effective upon posting. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
